About injection grouting
Injection grouting seals cracks and construction joints from within the structure, under pressure. It is one of the few waterproofing methods that works with water actively present, which makes it the monsoon option when a membrane system cannot be laid.

Injection Grouting — questions
Can grouting be done in the monsoon?
Yes — it is one of the few methods that can, because PU grout reacts with the water it meets. This makes it the right call for stopping an active leak mid-season, with permanent surface work scheduled for a dry window.
Is grouting a permanent fix?
For a crack or construction joint, yes. It is not a substitute for a surface waterproofing system on a terrace — the two address different things and are often used together.
Other waterproofing services
Terrace Waterproofing
A terrace leak is rarely above the stain. Water travels sideways under a failed screed before it drops.

A basement deals with water under pressure, which is a fundamentally different problem from rain landing on a roof.

In Mumbai more water enters through the walls than through the roof, because the rain arrives sideways.
