About house wiring
We list every appliance — each AC, geyser, hob, oven and pump — apply diversity, and size the incoming cable and distribution board from that. High-draw appliances get dedicated circuits so they are not sharing with the lighting.

House Wiring — questions
How many circuits do I need?
One per AC, one for the kitchen, one for the geyser, and separate lighting and socket circuits per area. The exact number comes out of the load calculation rather than a rule of thumb.
Is an RCCB really necessary?
Yes. It is the device that protects a person from earth leakage, and a board without one has no such protection at all. We fit it as standard rather than as an upgrade line.
