About full home renovation
A full renovation means the flat is stripped back and rebuilt — services, finishes and carpentry together. It is more disruptive in one block and considerably cheaper and faster overall than phasing, because every trade mobilises once.
What we specify
How we run the work
Free site survey
Measured survey plus opening up a wet wall and an electrical point to see what is actually there.
Services assessment
Incoming line material, DB capacity, drain stack condition and load calculation.
Society clearance check
Working hours, lift rules, debris removal and permitted days confirmed in writing.
Itemised quotation
Known scope priced line by line, with provisional sums named separately for the unknowns.
Full Home Renovation — questions
Is a full renovation worth it over a partial one?
If the services need work, yes — once walls are open, doing everything is far cheaper than returning. If the plumbing and wiring are sound, a finishes-only scope may give you most of the benefit for much less.
What happens if you find something unexpected?
It is priced and sent to you in writing before any work proceeds. The quotation already names provisional sums for the things we think are likely, so most discoveries are allowed for rather than being a surprise.

Flat Renovation
In an older flat the budget is decided by what is behind the walls, which is why we open them before quoting.
