Front Elevation Design for Houses
An elevation is the outcome of a plan. Chosen before the plan, it becomes a facade propped onto a layout it does not suit.

About front elevation design
We develop elevations from the settled floor plan, against your plot's actual setbacks and orientation. Material, proportion and opening positions follow from what the plan and structure require. You get 3D views of the primary facade before the drawings are finalised.
What we specify
How we run the work
First consultation
Plot details, your brief, budget range and approval requirements — at no cost.
Site and rules check
Plot measured, setbacks, FSI and local development control rules confirmed in writing.
Floor plan development
Two to three rounds of layout, worked through with you until circulation and light are right.
Structural coordination
Column and beam positions agreed with the structural consultant against the frozen plan.
Front Elevation Design — questions
Can you design just the elevation?
We can, and we will be honest that it is weaker. An elevation drawn against a plan we have not worked on usually needs adjustment once it meets the structure. Send the plan across and we will tell you whether a clean elevation can be developed from it.
Will it match what I saw online?
Partly at best. Elevations online were designed for a different plot, orientation and setback. We can take the language — materials, proportions, massing — and develop something that works on yours.
