Surface preparation
Loose material scraped back, cracks filled, and any damp traced before anything else.

Area, paint brand and grade, number of coats and preparation scope stated separately.
Putty and sanding
Two coats of putty with sanding between, taken back to a flat surface.

Will it look like the catalogue?
Not exactly. Texture depends on the applicator's hand, the substrate and the room's light. That is why we make a sample panel on your wall first and get it approved — the catalogue is a starting point, not a prediction.
Can texture be removed later?
It has to be sanded or skimmed back, which is a real job. Worth knowing before committing a large area — most clients are happier with texture on one feature wall than across a room.
