Quotations
Quotations are based on the site conditions observed at the survey and remain valid for the period stated on the document. Work discovered after the survey is priced separately and proceeds only with your written approval.
Exclusions are stated on each quotation. Where a provisional sum is named, it is an allowance and the final figure is based on actual work carried out.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty is one year from handover as standard and five years on waterproofing systems, subject to the terms on your completion document. Manufacturer warranties on hardware and materials are passed through to you directly.
