Working on painting in Nagpur
Selected projects within Maharashtra. Nagpur's extreme summer heat and dry air make timber movement and UV exposure the governing factors, rather than Mumbai's humidity. We take work here where the scope justifies the travel and are clear about the site visit schedule upfront.
Our standard internal system is two coats of putty, sanded between, one coat of primer, and two finish coats — with the manufacturer's recommended recoat interval actually observed rather than compressed. Existing loose or flaking material is scraped back to a sound surface first, and any damp patch is diagnosed before painting rather than covered. Externally we use the appropriate exterior grade with a dedicated exterior primer. Furniture is sheeted, floors are covered, and the site is cleaned at the end of every day.
Specification for Nagpur projects
Repainting the whole flat is often unnecessary
If only two walls have gone bad and the rest is sound, we will quote those two walls and match the existing shade rather than selling you the whole flat. Matching is not always perfect on an older finish, and we will tell you honestly before we start whether the patch will read or not.

House Painting
Paint failure is almost never the paint. It is the preparation and the number of coats actually applied.

Exterior paint in Mumbai is doing a waterproofing job whether it was specified for one or not.

Texture never looks the same on your wall as it does in the catalogue. We make a sample panel first.

Waterproof paint is not waterproofing. It helps a sound wall resist water; it will not stop a wall that is being fed.
