Society permissions — working hours, lift usage, debris removal — vary building to building and we confirm them in writing before quoting.
Our scope starts with a measured survey — every wall, plumb checked, existing points mapped, slab height recorded, society rules confirmed in writing. From that we produce a layout and a 3D concept, then an itemised quotation where carcass grade, hardware brand, finish type and electrical scope are each a separate line. Execution runs to a dated schedule with civil, electrical, carpentry, false ceiling and painting sequenced so trades are not working over each other. One project manager, one point of contact, daily photographs.

If your carpentry is sound and the flat simply looks tired, paint, lighting and new shutters will change it more than people expect, for a fraction of a full interior. We have told clients to spend two lakh instead of fifteen and walked away with a smaller job. That is a reasonable outcome.
